Technology Shouldn't Be Out of Reach for Organisations Doing Good Work

A portion of Caezen's commercial profit is set aside to fund reduced-cost and pro bono technology work for registered charities, NGOs, and non-profit organisations.

Why We Do This

The operational challenges facing non-profit organisations are often just as complex as those in the commercial sector — and the stakes can be just as high. But non-profits typically don't have the budgets to commission the technology they need to operate effectively.

We don't think that's right. Technology that helps a charity manage its programmes, track its impact, or coordinate its teams should be as accessible as the same technology used by a commercial organisation. So we reserve a share of what we earn from commercial work to fund meaningful technology support for organisations working in the public good.

This isn't a discounted tier or a cut-down offering. It's the same quality of work, design, and delivery — funded differently.

What This Means in Practice

Rather than asking qualifying organisations to fund the full cost of a project, we apply a subsidy from our reserved fund. In some cases this means a significantly reduced day rate. In others, where the project and organisation are the right fit, the work may be fully funded.

The level of support depends on the nature of the project, the size of the organisation, and the available fund at the time. We're transparent about what we can offer at the point of conversation — there's no hidden criteria or lengthy application process.

What We Can Build for You

We bring the same technical capabilities to non-profit work that we apply in commercial engagements. Some of the most common needs we see in the sector:

Programme & Case Management

Custom Power Apps to track beneficiaries, cases, activities, and outcomes — replacing spreadsheets and paper-based systems with a single governed platform.

Impact Reporting

Power BI dashboards that pull together data from across your programmes to produce real-time impact reports for trustees, funders, and commissioners.

Workflow Automation

Power Automate flows that handle routine administration — referral processing, approval chains, notification systems — freeing your team to focus on delivery.

Volunteer & Staff Management

Apps for managing volunteer rotas, recording hours, handling onboarding, and tracking certifications — all connected and accessible from any device.

Website Design

Clean, accessible websites built to communicate your mission, attract funding, and make it easy for the people you serve to find and access your services.

System Integrations

Connecting the tools you already use — CRMs, donation platforms, HR systems — so data flows automatically rather than being manually copied between them.

Who Qualifies

The programme is open to:

  • Registered charities and charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs)
  • Non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
  • Community interest companies (CICs) and social enterprises working toward clear social or environmental objectives
  • Non-profit organisations operating internationally

The fund is finite, so we can't support every project that comes our way. We prioritise projects where technology will have a meaningful impact on the organisation's ability to deliver its mission — and where we're genuinely the right fit.

How to Apply

There's no formal application form. Get in touch, tell us about your organisation and what you're trying to solve, and we'll have a straightforward conversation about whether we can help and what that support might look like.

If you're a charity, NGO, or non-profit organisation with a technology challenge, we'd like to hear from you.
